3+ Month contract to Implement D365
Our Client is seeking a functional resource to support the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The emphasis is on practical system usage and internal user education, especially around production and operational processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the go-to expert on D365 usage
- Conduct hands-on training with staff for daily activities such as:
- Creating customer quotes
- Coordinating shipments
- Handling relevant accounting operations
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to improve process flows
- Assist with basic testing of features and configurations
- Prepare the organization for a smooth transition on the go-live date
- Remain available post-launch to support and stabilize adoption
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience working directly with Microsoft D365
- Background in manufacturing is highly desirable
- Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals (financial setup is already complete)
- Skilled in user training and creating process documentation
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI is a bonus
- Experience with Business Central is an added benefit
Work Environment
The position starts fully on-site (in Brampton). There may be an option to work in a hybrid model once the system is stable and training is complete.
