About the role
Toyota Boshoku Canada (TBCA) manufactures the seats, doors, carpets and headliners for the Toyota RAV4. Our facility is in Woodstock, ON, a short drive from many surrounding cities. At TBCA, our strength lies in our team members. We are continually seeking exceptional individuals to join our team.
Shifts: 2 weeks on a rotational basis
Day Shift: 6:15 am Start Time
Afternoon Shift: 5:30 pm Start Time
***Shifts are between 8 to 10 hours long. The amount of overtime and the shift end times vary due to business demands.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Ideally, has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience; however, we do consider experience in other fast-paced industries (ex, fast food)
- Can work rotating day and afternoon shifts (2-week rotation)
- Is available and willing to work mandatory overtime (Shifts are 8 to 10 hours long)
- Can use their hands and wrists repetitively and stand for long periods
- Can lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Has a great attendance record and arrives on time for work
- Has good hand/eye coordination skills
- Is a positive team player who works well with others
- Has a high school diploma - preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the assembly and production process
- Follow work instructions to ensure a high-quality standard
- Learn multiple processes in manufacturing as part of a scheduled job rotation
- Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to a safe work environment
- Achieving goals and taking pride in a job well done
- Other duties as assigned
