Job Description We are currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist – Mississauga Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Location: 3330 Ridgeway Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Z9
Pay rate: $23 an hour

What You’ll Do
- Receive and handle incoming customer calls. (Order taking, work in process or other questions)
- Follow scripting, or other professional communication as required by HOYA
- Understands and follows all SOP for all tasks
- Provide basic recommendations for product, technical and adaptation questions
- Good working knowledge of DVI screens; competently processes all types of redo, credits, add notes, cancel jobs, tray change, account changes, etc.
- Able to identify in-house vs. outsourced lab orders, and transmits them accordingly
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French required
- Optical lab experience
- Customer Service experience
- Understanding of DVI operating system is an asset
