The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Service Coordinator at our Jubilee Ford dealership! As the Service Coordinator, you’ll be the crucial link between customers, technicians, and service advisors, ensuring every vehicle visit is seamless, efficient, and positive.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, both via phone and in person, confirming service details and expectations
- Schedule appointments, coordinate with service advisors and technicians
- Monitor job progress, proactively update front-line staff and clients
- Handle administrative tasks: invoicing, records, and reporting
- Maintain a welcoming reception and service area environment
- Collaborate closely with service advisors to maintain transparency and trust
What You Bring
- Customer-first mindset: Exceptional phone and in-person communication.
- Organizational finesse: Skilled at juggling schedules, priorities, and details.
- Tech-savvy aptitude: Comfortable with automotive service systems (e.g., Ford’s, internal CRMs).

- Adaptability: Able to manage shifts, delays, or unexpected scenarios with composure.
- Experience: Previous coordination or customer service experience in automotive or related fields is a strong asset.
