Intake Coordinator

Our regulatory client is looking for a proactive and analytical Intake Coordinator to support their team. In this role, you'll manage the intake of reports and complaints, maintain accurate records, and respond to public and stakeholder inquiries. You'll play a key part in helping to assess and prioritize information, ensuring effective communication and smooth case processing.

Qualifications:

• Completion of post-secondary education.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or regulatory support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AcrobatPro, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.

Pay Rate: $35-39 per hour
