Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing to join our growing team! This role is responsible for building and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving subscriber growth and revenue. The Sr Manager manages campaigns, oversees budgets, analyzes market data and performance data, leads a small team of marketing professionals, and leads cross-functional initiatives across departments. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across direct, digital, and mass media channels, aligning with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring strong ROI.
  • Drive digital agency relationships and performance, overseeing strategy, budget allocation, and campaign effectiveness for all digital marketing efforts.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to Commercial and Residential sales teams, developing marketing programs that support their goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify, champion, and drive strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate growth, improve customer lifetime value, and enhance brand presence.
  • Lead and foster collaboration on cross-functional marketing initiatives, working closely with product, sales, customer success, and creative teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Oversee the successful project management of New Product Introductions (NPIs) from a marketing perspective, ensuring seamless launch and market adoption.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, digital advertising, and customer acquisition.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field
  • Experience in B2C Marketing; B2B an asset
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a growth marketing or similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies that drive measurable results (e.g., customer acquisition, engagement, retention)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Expertise in various growth channels and tactics, including but not limited to digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email), content marketing, and A/B testing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
