What You’ll Be Doing
· Be the friendly face and strategic brain behind key customer accounts
· Build and execute business plans that actually get used
· Pitch new products and ideas backed by real data (not just gut feelings)
· Negotiate deals that make everyone feel like they won
· Work with awesome internal teams to make sure customers are happy
· Keep an eye on performance and find ways to do even better
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
· 5+ years of account management experience in CPG calling on grocery customers
· A track record of growing accounts and crushing goals
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· A love for fast-moving environments where you can make things happen
· Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Bonus Points For:
· Experience with fresh produce or perishables
· Knowledge of food safety and compliance
· Startup or scale-up experience
· A knack for turning data into compelling stories
