Job Summary :
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ITSM and ITOM initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation within the ServiceNow platform.
Must-Have Skills :
· 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
· Strong knowledge of Flow Designer , Scoped Applications , ITSM , and ITOM
· Experience with automated testing and test management in ServiceNow
· Certified in ServiceNow (CSA or CIS)
· Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or ITIL practices
Nice to Have :
· Business Continuity Management experience
· Exposure to Major Security Incident Management (MSIM)
