What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Legal Contracts Manager to join us on a 9-month parental leave contract. In this role, you’ll support our Sales team by reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements. You’ll play a key part in enabling deal flow, ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards, and maintaining efficient contract processes
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize company contracts, including vendor, sales, partnership, and reseller agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties to facilitate and support contract negotiations and engagements effectively
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate contract support
- Identify, assess, and escalate potential legal and business risks related to sales contracts to enable timely mitigation and resolution
- Organize and maintain sales contracts systematically, establishing efficient workflows for the contract lifecycle and client management processes
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations throughout the contract lifecycle
- Share documentation and knowledge related to sales contracts to support key projects and provide updates on progress and outcomes
