• Create genuine connections with our guests, making customer service a priority and their hotel experience memorable.
• Build a strong work relationship with all other departments.
• Database maintenance.
• Attend and assist in organizing associate events.
• Completion of all administrative duties while meeting deadlines.
• Preparation of reports for sales meeting.
• Preparation of BEOs.
• Sending post event thank you letters and correspondence.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel experience would be considered an asset.
• Bilingualism considered an asset.
• Hospitality/Tourism/Business degree would be considered an asset.

Duties and hours of work shall be determined by the Employer and may vary from time to time. The current expectation of the Sales Coordinator is regular working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, there may be occasions during events when attendance will be required weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
