About the role

We’re currently hiring a Senior Salesforce System Administrator. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the team responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on user experience, functionality, and business alignment. Your deep understanding of Salesforce administration and experience with Field Service and Experience Cloud will make you a critical partner to both technical teams and operational users.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features including flows, objects, profiles, page layouts, permission sets, and reporting
  • Partner with operations and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and deliver on system requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans for new functionality and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through internal support channels
  • Document configurations, decisions, and training materials for end users
  • Support deployment planning, sandbox testing, and production releases
  • Help standardize platform use across business units and regions
  • Build meaningful dashboards and reports for all levels of leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5–7 years of Salesforce admin experience, particularly in Service, Field Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Field Service Consultant (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of configuration best practices and CI/CD deployment pipelines
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar agile project tools
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting field-based operations is an asset
  • Knowledge of ITSM or other structured support environments is an advantage
