Job Description

The Vice President, Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple facilities within a designated region. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational role within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration.
  • Experience in long-term care or senior living environments.
  • Proven track record of successful operational management.

Other Relevant Details

  • This position is based in Markham, ON and requires travel to various facilities within the region.
