The Vice President, Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple facilities within a designated region. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of multiple facilities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration.
- Experience in long-term care or senior living environments.
- Proven track record of successful operational management.
Other Relevant Details
- This position is based in Markham, ON and requires travel to various facilities within the region.
