About the role
Resolve Physiotherapy is looking for a part-time Physiotherapy Aide/Receptionist. The successful candidate must have availability for both afternoon (2pm - 8:30pm) and early morning (6:30am -2pm) shifts. This is mainly an afternoon position.
This job requires reception duties such as scheduling and billing out patients, answering the phone and replying to emails. You will be hands on with the patients, performing cold laser, ultrasound, and setting up electrotherapy (tens Machine). You will also be required to clean and set up patient rooms/ massage rooms and keep the clinic tidy!
We are a busy clinic, multitasking skills are a huge asset and must be able to work well with minimal supervision.
Experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
