One of our clients is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join their dynamic food manufacturing team. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the production of noodles to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow. This position requires proficiency in operating various machinery and tools, as well as a strong understanding of technical documents and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines for mixing, rolling, cutting, steaming, drying, and packaging.
• Monitor product quality and consistency during each stage of production.
• Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of production equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic work environment.
• Record production data, report equipment malfunctions, and suggest improvements.
• Support team members in meeting daily production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or factory work is required.
• Basic understanding of production machinery and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Interest in Asian Food.
• Japanese language is plus.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Perform tasks requiring standing for long time, walking, and lifting up to 30Kg along with close and distance vision capabilities and hearing capabilities.

Preferred but not required:

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or other food safety standards.
• Forklift certification or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
