About the role
One of our clients is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join their dynamic food manufacturing team. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used in the production of noodles to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflow. This position requires proficiency in operating various machinery and tools, as well as a strong understanding of technical documents and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines for mixing, rolling, cutting, steaming, drying, and packaging.
- Monitor product quality and consistency during each stage of production.
- Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of production equipment.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic work environment.
- Record production data, report equipment malfunctions, and suggest improvements.
- Support team members in meeting daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or factory work is required.
- Basic understanding of production machinery and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
- Interest in Asian Food.
- Japanese language is plus.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Perform tasks requiring standing for long time, walking, and lifting up to 30Kg along with close and distance vision capabilities and hearing capabilities.
Preferred but not required:
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or other food safety standards.
- Forklift certification or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
