As our Technical Sales Representative in Northern Ontario, you’ll join our growing team and take ownership of your assigned territory. You’ll work closely with key clients across heavy industries, offering consultative solutions that prove the application dictates the valve .
As the go-to expert in your region, you’ll build strong relationships, recommend the right solutions, and drive business growth by representing industry-leading valve and automation products.
What You'll Do:
- Grow your territory through proactive, consultative sales of core valve and automation brands
- Build trust by helping clients solve real-world application challenges
- Collaborate with the CGIS Applications Specialist team and vendors to deliver the best solutions
- Navigate and influence stakeholders across End Users, OEMs, and Engineering firms
- Use SAP B1, Outlook, and product sizing tools to manage quotes, call reports, and pipeline effectively
What You'll Bring:
- Engineering degree or technical background with 3+ years in industrial B2B sales
- Previous experience within the mining industry preferred
- Proven experience in the valve or flow control industry
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills and a passion for solving problems
- Self-motivation and a curious nature
- Comfortable with travel (up to 50%)
- Valid driver’s license
