Enjoy the combination of a warehouse environment and working in an office? Do you have knowledge of heavy duty truck parts and warranty processes? This could be the job for you!

You will prepare, submit, and monitor all parts warranty claims plus processes various parts returns from internal/external customers. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a unionized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handles important invoice paperwork
• Creates customer credits in the computer system
• Enters data into spreadsheets
• Follow up with vendors on outstanding warranty payments
• Moving parts to the assigned area in the warehouse
• Keeps assigned warehouse area clean and organized
• Helps other warehouse staff with parts picking, shipping, and/or receiving as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years working in a warehouse environment
• Experience with office administration
• Heavy duty truck parts / warranty knowledge preferred but will consider related industry e.g. agriculture, automotive
• Customer service focused
• Communicates effectively with varying levels of people
• Ability to build relationships with customers and vendors
• Organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines
• Shows attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel, email, Internet, and keyboarding
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds without assistance
