Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Prequalification – Assess clients' financial situations, credit history, and mortgage needs to determine suitable loan options.
- Loan Application & Documentation – Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Lender Negotiation & Product Selection – Compare mortgage products from various lenders, negotiate favorable terms, and recommend the best options to clients.
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Assessment – Ensure adherence to financial regulations, lender policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Relationship Management & Business Development – Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and industry professionals to generate referrals and grow business.
Must-have Qualifications:
- A self-motivated, driven and proactive individual with a strong drive to succeed.
- Highly driven with a passion for continuous learning, supported by structured and step-by-step training programs.
- Excellent people management, communication, client interfacing, and customer service skills.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
- Strong experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a valuable asset.
- Financial and banking experience is preferred but not a must
- Digital marketing/social media with leads generation experience
- Prior experience as a business owner or self-employment
