Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable for the stores and distribution centers assigned to you, in accordance with the standards and policies established by UAP Inc.'s head office.
Responsibilities:

Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure payment of accounts and follow up as necessary for outstanding balances;

Respond to client inquiries regarding their accounts;
-
Complete weekly reports to be submitted to managers;
-
Collaborate with sales representatives, operations managers, and store managers regarding client accounts;

Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) and any other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications

Diplôme en bureautique ou comptabilité avec 1 an d’expérience dans un poste similaire;

Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, car vous devrez collaborer avec des collègues et des clients à travers le Canada.
