Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns regarding vehicle service.
- Accurately document customer information, vehicle details, and service requests.
- Communicate service recommendations to customers based on technician assessments.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance.
- Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote a professional environment.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
- Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling services in a customer-centric environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
