This Casual Program Facilitator position plays a key role in delivering Momentum’s core entrepreneurship programs: Entering Entrepreneurship (EE), Business Feasibility Study (BFS), and Part-time Self-Employment (PSE). These programs support participants from diverse backgrounds, often unemployed or underemployed, in exploring business ownership, validating their business ideas, and developing strong foundations for self-employment.
This role is responsible for facilitating programs in partnership with the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC), supporting participants through the business development process, and contributing to reporting and evaluation efforts. The facilitator also supports delivery of regular EE, BFS, and PSE cohorts on a casual basis, both in-person and online.

-
Act as the primary liaison with CRIEC, coordinating program delivery, maintaining proactive communication, and strengthening the partnership through regular collaboration and shared planning.
-
Collaborate with the LED team to ensure smooth transitions between programs and services, and to connect participants with additional resources as needed.
-
Track program outcomes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reporting and evaluation processes through data entry, narrative updates, and participant feedback analysis.
-
Reflect Momentum’s values through collaborative teamwork, community involvement, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Who we’re looking for:
At a glance, you are someone who:
-

-
Communicates with clarity and empathy. You’re a strong communicator who connects well with people from diverse backgrounds and builds trust with ease.
