What You'll Do We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Agent to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both languages.

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding loan applications.
  • Assess the status of the customer’s loan application and communicate next steps to them in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Review and process loan applications from submission to completion.
  • Obtain and evaluate information and documents for authenticity and accuracy.
  • Assess and calculate income utilizing income and tax documents.
  • Utilize multiple systems to capture customer interactions with precise notation.
  • Achieve monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strive to resolve the customer's request in one call while creating an exceptional experience for the customer.
  • Champion company core values and other company programs
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For Fluency in both Spanish and English, including strong verbal and written communication skills, is required for this role. Location

  • This is a hybrid opportunity and requires ability to work onsite from our Barrie or London office. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to one of our offices.

Shift Availability

  • Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round.
  • Flexible availability as shifts will be a mixture of mornings, afternoons and weekends

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service is required.
  • Previous experience in call center environment or related field is a strong asset
