We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about real estate development and believes in the importance of thoughtful communities and well-designed homes. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Director of Sales, Marketing & Leasing to support marketing, sales, and leasing efforts across projects
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns across digital, social, print, and onsite channels
- Create and curate content that engages prospective buyers, tenants, and industry partners
- Help manage brand presence across platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent and compelling
- Support events, launch campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
- Monitor and analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and lead generation
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through possession
What you should bring:
- A passion for real estate, marketing, and customer experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Digital fluency: confident with social platforms, email marketing tools, and content creation
- A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
- Comfort with new tools and technologies (AI, CRM systems, emerging proptech platforms, etc.) and a willingness to explore better, smarter ways of working
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high attention to detail
- Professionalism, warmth, and team spirit
