Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the production schedule and material requirements plan based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure executable supply plans.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to optimize working capital.
- Participate in the S&OP process to align supply plans with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps through scenario planning and adjustments.
- Leverage data and analytics to generate optimized supply plans.
- Monitor supply plan performance using KPIs such as schedule adherence and inventory turns.
- Drive process improvements and communication across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of advanced planning strategies and replenishment processes.
- Proficient in supply chain management tools and technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
