Position Summary...
The Fashion Department Manager will provide customer service by leading other fashion associates and participating in the daily activities across all fashion departments including completion of modulars, merchandising non modular areas, completing price changes and maintaining accurate PI, all while providing a clean and safe salesfloor and backroom area. This will be accomplished by maintaining merchandising standards, accurate modular integrity and accurate signage across all fashion departments. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions. This team will also take the lead role in executing all seasonal guide sets and features.
What you'll do...

Contribuer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans danger en respectant les directives et les procédures de la Compagnie, y compris en remplissant les registres de balayage de sécurité et en s’assurant que les présentoirs et les modules sont sécuritaires.

Traiter et stocker tous les articles du rayon des vêtements.

Garder l’aire de vente propre et bien rangée pour le client.

Commercialiser des vêtements hors des modules.

Utiliser l’affichage indiqué sur le module (c.-à-d. affichettes promotionnelles).

Veiller au stockage et à la commercialisation des produits saisonniers en temps opportun.
