The Role
The Momentum Team has over 30 years of experience in commercial and cargo charters, and we are looking for a Cargo Charter Broker to expand our Air Cargo Charter presence globally.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the aircraft charter
industry. A strong understanding of the drive to hunt and secure new business is essential to this role.
The ideal candidate will also be expected to provide associate-level support to senior sales managers, including assisting in the qualification of leads, developing supplier contacts, and relationships, and supporting the coordination of charter services.
What You Will Do In This Role
● New Business Development Support
You support the pipeline growth across North America, South America, the Caribbean, and Europe by helping identify, engage, and qualify new cargo charter opportunities. You will actively contribute to increasing the company’s presence in these key markets.
● Client and Supplier Relationship Contribution
You will play a key role in assisting senior sales managers in developing trusted relationships with both clients and aircraft suppliers. You will help strengthen Momentum’s supplier network by staying informed and responsive.
● Charter Execution Excellence
You will help ensure charters run smoothly from start to finish. This includes coordinating logistics, tracking flights, and contributing to a seamless client experience, even assisting with contracts managed by senior colleagues when needed.
● Commercial and Operational Knowledge
You will build a working knowledge of aircraft specifications, airport handling procedures, and regulatory frameworks, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to pricing conversations,
quoting and supplier communications with the help of your senior colleagues.
● Sales Enablement & Reporting
You will maintain accurate data in the CRM, support weekly sales reporting, and help identify trends or improvements in sales activities, enabling the team to drive smarter decision-making.
● Responsiveness and Proactivity
You will ensure timely responses to client and supplier inquiries, supporting the delivery of competitive charter options that balance client value with company profitability.
● Cross-Team Collaboration
You will share relevant updates and market intelligence with internal teams, contributing to alignment across operations, marketing, and finance.
● Learning and Growth Mindset
You will stay up to date on industry trends and charter market developments, taking initiative to grow your expertise and take on more responsibility over time.
Qualifications You Have:
● Industry Experience
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the aircraft charter industry, ideally within cargo operations.
● Sales Exposure
Demonstrated understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management, even if not in a lead generation or closing role.
● Support Capability
Proven ability to work in an associate/support role, collaborating with senior sales managers on tasks like managing leads, building supplier relationships, and coordinating contract execution.
● Client-Facing Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills to support interaction with clients,
suppliers, and internal teams.
● Organizational, Coordination and Systems Proficiency
Ability to manage multiple tasks such as flight tracking, pre- and post-flight coordination, and stakeholder communication, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Comfortable using CRM systems to manage leads, quotes, and reporting metrics.
● Availability for Travel
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for site visits, flight representation, or
industry events as required.
● Compliance and Discretion
High level of professional discretion, with awareness of the need for confidentiality
and full compliance with internal company policies.

● Build and actively support a portfolio of qualified leads and engaged clients.
