Revenue Operations Specialist

Position
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing revenue operations processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the commercial team to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for enhancing commercial and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and manage revenue performance tracking dashboards
- Drive CRM development and maintain data integrity
- Develop and document revenue processes, including automation and AI initiatives
- Support pipeline development for sales and commercial capacity
- Contribute to executive and board-level reporting
- Align revenue team inputs into the CRM across the full commercial flow, from Product through Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations
- Proven experience defining revenue performance tracking processes, metrics, and dashboards
- Experience structuring cross-functional processes and managing growth projects
- Proficiency with MS Dynamics and Power BI
- Background working with D2C eCommerce, SaaS, and B2B sales models
Additional Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Knowledge of the residential energy sector
