Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

📍 Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite or less in Regina, SK

📅 Contract Length: until May 31, 2027, with two (2) possible extensions

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analys t to join a high-impact project team. This role requires strong experience with software package solutions, workshop facilitation, and hands-on use of tools like Jira, SharePoint, Visio, and Miro. Familiarity with Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules is considered a strong asset

.Must-Haves

• :Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working on a variety of information technology projects
• .Minimum four (4) years of experience specializing in gathering detailed requirements for large and complex software package solutions
• .Demonstrated expertise in modelling and analyzing complex processes, translating them into detailed software requirements
• .Extensive expertise in documenting detailed requirements for both software package solutions and custom-built solutions
• .Extensive experience in workshop facilitation
• .Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases
• .Demonstrated ability to explore and understand application features
• .Experience using tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Miro
• .Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• .Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• .Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environment
• .Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions
• .Must provide 3 professional reference
