At Grand Touring Automobiles, we represent the most prestigious luxury automotive brands in the world – and deliver experiences to match. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong passion for luxury event planning, marketing strategy, and digital excellence to join our team.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will lead the creation and execution of high-impact, innovative events that reflect the exclusivity and prestige of our brands. From private unveilings and curated drive experiences to elite partnership activations, you will craft unforgettable moments that elevate brand loyalty and deepen customer engagement. Alongside event leadership, you will also manage digital channels and campaigns that support sales initiatives and overall brand presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Luxury Event Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis of all client-facing and brand activations, including product launches, private previews, partner collaborations, and customer appreciation events.
- Maintain and grow partnerships with premium venues, vendors, and luxury lifestyle brands to enhance event offerings.
- Manage event budgets, guest lists, logistics, and creative deliverables to ensure seamless and memorable experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Aftersales, and Manufacturer Partners to align event strategies with business goals.
Sales & Marketing Integration
- Develop integrated marketing initiatives that support showroom traffic, brand awareness, and client retention.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure events and campaigns are driving qualified leads and conversions.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Create targeted campaigns for prospects and existing customers across Sales, Aftersales, and Service verticals.
- Monitor engagement and optimize performance across customer segments.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Oversee content strategy and calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and key messaging.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and engagement metrics, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
- Manage website updates, content uploads, and digital platform integrations with brand standards in mind.
Analytics & Insights
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify digital trends and consumer behaviors.
- Provide ongoing reporting on campaign performance, event ROI, and digital engagement across all platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of event marketing experience, ideally in luxury, automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Minimum 3 years in Automotive Marketing is preferred.
- Strong portfolio of event planning and execution, with proven results in luxury experiential marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, CRM tools, and social media management platforms.
- Solid understanding of branding, creative storytelling, and digital best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Photography skills are an asset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
