Are you an experienced powder coater looking to make a bigger impact in a growing company? At Avilion Metalcraft, we're a small, hands-on fabrication shop specializing in high-quality aluminum and stainless steel guardrails, and we're looking for the right person to help us grow our in-house powder coating capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and take ownership of the powder coating side of our operation. Along with powder coating duties, this role will also include helping with shop prep work and occasionally assisting with on-site installations. This is a great opportunity to grow with us, help shape the department, and be part of a tight-knit, hardworking crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep, clean, and finish aluminum and stainless steel components for powder coating

• Operate powder coating equipment (spray gun, oven, booth, etc.)

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures

• Monitor coating quality and ensure consistent finishes

• Assist with shop prep work (grinding, sanding, etc.)

• Help with on-site guardrail installations as needed

• Support general shop work when coating is not in progress

Ideal Candidate:

• Has previous experience with powder coating (or is eager to learn and grow in the role)

• Comfortable working with aluminum and stainless steel

• Takes pride in clean, quality work

• Works well independently and with a team

• Willing to be flexible and pitch in wherever needed

• Interested in growing with a small business

Pay: $24.50-$30.50 per hour
