We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Verification (QA) Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Hardware Verification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of our hardware products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing verification tests to validate hardware designs and ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive verification plans based on hardware specifications and design requirements.
• Design and implement verification testbench Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of hardware and firmware designs.
• Perform functional verification, including simulation, formal verification, and emulation.
• Collaborate closely with hardware & firmware design engineers to identify and resolve design issues.
• Produce detailed and structured reports for the R&D, Product, Manufacturing and Production teams
• Analyze and debug test failures, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain verification documentation, including test plans, test cases, and verification reports.
• Stay updated on the latest verification methodologies, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the verification process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of digital design concepts and principles.
• Testing Skills: Strong understanding of hardware and firmware testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with manual and automated testing tools, test case management systems, and bug tracking systems.
• Ability to read and understand PCB schematics
• Experience with verification methodologies such as UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation is a plus.
• Prior experience in hardware verification or related roles is preferred.

Very Nice to have:

• Experience with building automated test benches
• Familiar with the event lighting industry and its challenges
• Experience with communication protocols DMX and BLE
• Familiar with infrared et radio-frequency communications
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices
• Experience with 3D printing
