The Youth Development Coordinator will administer the summer camp using existing program curricula and continue to observe, update, and develop new curricula as necessary. The coordinator will be responsible for working with other counselors taking notes and maintaining records to track program progress and accomplishments and to ensure that timelines are being met. They will further provide support, counseling, and programs that develop skills and character for youth and their families. They will be responsible for recruiting and training volunteers involved in the summer camp.
Lastly, they will supervise, and oversee special events.
