Work Location: Native Shoes is a hybrid organization with the head office located in Railtown in Vancouver, BC. This job will require the ability to work from the head office a minimum of two days per week.

Who is Native Shoes looking for?
We’re looking for a Partnerships & PR Coordinator to support the execution of Native Shoes’ influencer, affiliate, and public relations strategies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships, this role will be responsible for coordinating partner outreach, managing product gifting and PR sample requests, organizing creator and affiliate performance tracking, and supporting seasonal campaign execution.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organized, proactive, and energized by creative collaboration. You’re detail-oriented, love working cross-functionally, and are excited to help build strong relationships with partners, creators, and media.

What would I be responsible for**?**
Affiliate & Creator Partnerships

Coordinate affiliate partner onboarding, gift tracking, and link management

Support seasonal campaign launches through link sharing, partner briefs, and tracking

Organize and manage LTK and Impact platform performance reports
-
Maintain CRM tracking of partners across affiliate and influencer tiers
Influencer Gifting & UGC
-
Coordinate creator seeding lists and product shipments
-
Own the logistics of onboarding and briefing creators
-
Collect and tag UGC for social and paid use
-
Secure repost permissions and maintain a shareable UGC database
Public Relations Support

Manage samples for media and influencer requests
-
Support Canadian editorial outreach and coordinate with US-based PR agency

Assist with seasonal lookbooks, press materials, and post-launch recaps

Track and log press coverage across campaigns
Social Support
-
Collaborate with Social Media Manager to flag and organize high-performing creator content
-
Track seasonal social campaigns and assist with repost schedules and captions
Preferred Experienc****e
-
1–2 years of experience in partnerships, PR, influencer, or affiliate marketing
-
Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
-
Comfortable using Microsoft 365, Notion, Monday.com, and UTM links
-
Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact) and creator platforms (e.g., LTK, GRIN)
-
Passion for relationship-building and working with creators
-
A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
-
Experience working with sustainable or DTC brands is a plus
Compensation: This role is expected to be compensated between $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and job-related qualifications.
