Salary: Up to $80K
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle residential real estate files from start to finish (purchase, sale, refi, private lending)
- Prepare various requests for discharges, postponements, informations statements, tax certificates, etc.
- Prepare and complete final reports to lenders and clients Directly communicates with lenders, clients, municipalities, other lawyer’s offices etc.
- Organizes and maintains physical and electronic files, assist with submitting executed documents
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate law within a law firm environment
- A post-secondary diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program, or equivalent years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Drive
- Excellent organization, time-management, and verbal + written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently on multiple files with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and commitment to service excellence
