Loyalty Marketing Manager Are you excited by nurturing deeper connections through loyalty marketing?
myBestBuy is a free account that sits at the heart of Best Buy’s loyalty, personalization, customer communication and retail media strategy. The loyalty manager will own the evolution and elevation of myBestBuy into a highly desired loyalty program that fuels audience & personalization strategy, unlocks retail media growth and drives customer lifetime value & engagement.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.
Join our innovative team as a loyalty marketing manager! What you’ll do:

Lead the end-to-end design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of myBestBuy.

Create and execute targeted promotional campaigns to increase myBestBuy account adoption and usage, as well as Best Buy mobile app downloads.

Develop new myBestBuy program features and benefits that expand the program’s value and desire. Complete and present a monthly business review of myBestBuy performance to key senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Develop creative digital wallet initiatives that increase sign-in, visitation rates and purchase frequency.

Manage budgets for loyalty initiatives and measure performance and ROI results.
What we need:

4-6 years of experience designing and implementing retail loyalty programs.

Progressive experience project managing the development and implementation of modern loyalty initiatives (or equivalent marketing programs) for a large enterprise.

Excellent influencing, communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with leaders cross-functionally.

Expert knowledge of digital marketing, CRM and ecommerce practices.

This role has a bonus component in addition to the base.
