We’ve spent the last year building systems that scale — from onboarding pipelines to internal CRMs to structured lead acquisition. This isn’t a scrappy cold-calling job. You’re stepping into a proven, systemized sales engine with real support, structure, and software.

You’re not being dropped into chaos — you’re joining at a pivotal time where everything from our inbound funnel to our onboarding journey is working like a machine. Our CRM (internally and custom built), internal demo playbooks, and follow-up sequences are dialed in. You'll be walking into an established team with momentum , not a blank page.

🔍 What You’ll Do
- Follow up with pre-qualified leads and close new logos
- Run product demos and convert interest into adoption
- Use our CRM to track pipeline and communication
- Be proactive, coachable, and hungry for results
- Contribute to one of the most exciting B2B SaaS products in logistics
🧰 Tools & Team
- CRM: Kordova Tek Nexus (Internally Engineered)
- Lead Generation: Internal tools + organic/inbound pipelines
- Support: In-house product team + onboarding reps
- Sales Materials: Demo decks, one-pagers, objection handling scripts
💥 You’re a Fit If You...
- Have 1+ years of B2B sales, SaaS, or outbound experience
- Can explain things clearly and close with confidence
- Want to grow in tech, not just sell it
- Are coachable, self-driven, and not afraid of rejection
- Bonus: Experience in freight/logistics or previous SaaS sales
🎯 Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible hybrid work environment
- Part-Time: 24 hrs/week minimum
- Full-Time: 40 hrs/week
- Compensation: Structured to fit you — we offer flexible base + commission plans, not commission-only
