Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support our executive team and help manage day-to-day office operations. This is a junior to intermediate level role ideal for someone looking to grow their administrative career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (50%)
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for executives
- Keep executive team organized
- Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Office Management & Reception (30%)
- Greet visitors and manage the reception area
- Maintain office supplies, equipment (e.g., printers), and kitchen inventory
- Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and events
- Ensure the office remains tidy and organized
Other (20%)
- Provide administrative support to other departments
- Assist with document filing, data entry, and basic reporting tasks
- Help manage corporate and team schedules and event logistics
- Other ad hoc requests and projects as they may arise
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of administrative or office coordination experience preferred; alternatively, a highly experienced candidate would be considered for a part time position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude

As well as a significant increase in headcount, we have expanded our subsidiary H2Tec into continental Europe with the opening of H2Tec BV in the Netherlands. Here, we will provide a hydrogen energy system manufacturing service, which will be significant in helping the Dutch government reach its goal of achieving net zero carbon by 2050.
This year our firm entered a joint venture with Henan Lanxing Power Equipment Co Ltd to develop hydrogen solutions in the Chinese market. This collaboration will see Logan Energy perform similar business functions to its current activity in Europe.
