Overview of the Role

As IT Manager, PMO–Learning & Performance Support (LPS) at Saputo, you are an integral part of enabling Change across our global divisions. You maintain a holistic approach to team and deliverables management as a member of the Change Management leadership team. You manage, lead and inspire internal and external team members, who contribute to a range of IT initiatives, from system enhancements to large-scale, complex SAP implementations. Your recipe for delivering successful project outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment combines collaboration and adaptability with advanced expertise in planning, developing, and executing IT learning experiences. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

Reporting to the IT Director, PMO – Change Management & Communications, you set the tone for IT learning globally. Your work includes:

  • Contributing learning scope and resource cost estimates to annual and ad hoc project planning
  • Evolving the LPS program strategic roadmap and KPIs; defining and maintaining standards; seeking opportunities for creativity and innovation in our approach, tools, and processes
  • Managing your own and others’ contributions to creating innovative, engaging, and relevant learning experiences on concurrent IT projects
  • Managing team member performance, including establishing annual goals and providing meaningful feedback regularly
  • Executing and managing all stages of instructional design, development, and delivery, including:
    • Learning needs assessment and audience analysis
    • Learning strategy and plan development
    • Curriculum and learning path design
    • Content development, approvals, and translation
    • Training logistics (i.e. schedule, locations, hardware) and infrastructure (i.e. environment, data) planning and readiness
    • Training delivery support
    • Risk identification and mitigation
    • Progress and training effectiveness monitoring and reporting
  • Maintaining strong relationships with various IT, Corporate, and Business leaders and team members
  • Communicating and collaborating in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec and the rest of Canada, USA, Argentina, Australia, and the UK.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant program (e.g. education, English, IT) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience leading learning for complex SAP (ECC or S/4 HANA) projects or programs
  • Experience in managing team and team member performance in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in planning, executing, and reporting on IT project learning activities and deliverables
  • Experience in planning and coordinating the training schedule, training environment, and data creation
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools to reduce development ratios while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of leadership and delivery teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams)
  • Advanced proficiency in courseware authoring and learning solution tools, e.g. Articulate 360, Vyond Studio
  • Ability to work in the office three days a week, as part of a hybrid work environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed

The following are considered assets:

  • Certification as a training development professional, e.g., CTDP
  • Knowledge of LMS software, especially Workday Learning
  • Written and verbal proficiency in French or Spanish
  • Experience in a related industry, e.g., dairy, manufacturing, distribution, or CPG
  • Advanced understanding of SharePoint functionality

SALARY RA NGE: $ 99,585 - $ 130,705

  • Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training .
