What the job involves

• Term: September 8, 2025 - December 31
• The Co-op will support the analytics team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights that drive key business decisions. You will work under the guidance of more senior analysts to assist in data collection, user acceptance tests, reporting, and basic analysis

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in collecting, consolidating, and cleaning data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analysis
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT for reporting changes related to customer migrations between billing systems. Validate that customer transitions are accurately reflected in the reports, ensuring data reliability and consistency after production deployment
• Semantic Layer Operationalization: Support the operationalization of the finance analytics semantic layer by writing efficient SQL queries and leveraging tools like dbt to transform raw data into well-structured analytical models
• Data Reporting & Dashboards: Contribute to the development and upkeep of reports and dashboards that monitor key financial and business metrics, making insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with teams across marketing, product, sales, and finance to understand their data needs and help deliver relevant, impactful insights
• Data Visualization Support: Assist in visualizing data using tools such as Excel and Tableau, transforming complex findings into clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders
