Summary of Duties:

We are currently seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team at Sunnybrook. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission to care for our patients and their families when it matters most by ensuring efficient Receiving operations and supporting inventory management and replenishment functions.

As a Logistics Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee Receiving operations across multiple hospital sites. But more than that, we need a leader who takes pride in supporting their team, understanding their challenges, and working side by side with them to find solutions. You will manage a dedicated team and ensure the quality control of received goods. Your proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving will be crucial in coordinating with other departments for efficient delivery of shipments and developing structured approaches to process improvement.

This position is perfect for a personable, strategic thinker who can transform ideas into reality, make independent decisions, and is capable of understanding and articulating concepts effectively. Qualifications/Skills:

  • University Degree, College Diploma or demonstrated Logistics experience
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, Supply Chain accreditation preferred (PLog, CITT)
  • Proven supervisor/management experience, preferably in Healthcare Logistics
  • Relevant experience in receiving and inventory management
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
