About the role
Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is looking for an experienced attorney to support a range of contract needs related to ongoing projects. This fully remote role involves reviewing, drafting, and redlining various agreements, including construction contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and purchase agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Canadian construction law and experience handling contracts for construction projects in Canada. Attorneys licensed in either the US or Canada are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Location : 100% remote
- Hours per week: 3 days per week (20-30 hours per week on average)
- Start date : as soon as the right person can start
- Duration: long-term, at least one year
- Hourly rate : $90-95
Requirements:
- US or Canadian bar, active and in good standing
- Experience with contracts relating to Canadian construction projects
- Excellent drafting skills and ability to work with redlining software
