Our firm is seeking a hardworking Day Porter to help with parking lot maintenance, exterior cleaning, interior common area maintenance and cleaning, and general upkeep of curb appeal of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, minor maintenance, cleaning, a strong work ethic and an attention to detail. This position will involve creating and following checklists, conducting inspections, responding to guest requests, cleaning and maintaining common areas, and other related activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

• janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
