About the role
Who you are
- This role calls for an outstanding mix of technical expertise, flexibility, partnership and critical thinking

- Working in ambiguity, without a defined playbook, is expected—and part of what makes it rewarding
- Experience across diverse IT environments, including early-stage tech stacks and regulated enterprise systems
- Strong familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Workspace, Office 365, Okta, JIRA, Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills—you can translate technical complexity into clear guidance for diverse audiences
- Proven track record for working independently in high-ambiguity situations, defining scope where there is none, and building trust across functions
- Deep understanding of IT operations end-to-end, from identity and access to SaaS lifecycle management and endpoint configuration
- Experience in highly regulated industries, particularly finance or fintech, is strongly preferred
