Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and present regular financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.

Cost Accounting & Financial Analysis:
- Conduct cost analysis to monitor manufacturing performance, identify variances, and improve profitability.

Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, including GAAP and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors for the preparation of financial statements and year-end audits.
Team Management:

- Develop training programs and initiatives to enhance team skills and productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with operations and production teams to align financial priorities with business objectives.

Qualifications
- CPA designation or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
