Position Description: CICCC is currently accepting applications for subject matter experts to evaluate and review the course outline for a new academic program in the Construction Industry.

Courses: Subject matter experts are required for the various topics outlined in the academic program.

SME role objectives:

• Review and update existing course materials and exams to align with learning outcomes and industry best practices, including advising on new course materials as needed.

• Advising and recommending new/revised content that meets and exceeds current standards, within established timelines.

• Reviewing existing content to make sure we build a curriculum that is of the highest quality.

Overall Time Commitment: 10-20 hours over one week

Compensation**:****$500 per course**

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field and at least 5 years of related industry experience. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

• Expert knowledge in the related industry.

• An exceptional communicator who conveys information clearly in written form.

• Experience developing online course materials for adult learners would be an asset.
