What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in financial leadership, ideally in manufacturing, food production, or a related sector
- A CPA designation and a strong foundation in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Comfort and capability working closely with IT systems and understanding their business impact
- A data-driven mindset with experience developing meaningful metrics and KPIs to drive financial performance, accountability, and operational efficiency across the organization
- A genuine interest in taking on a broad portfolio and helping a local company continue to grow
