Hamptons Golf Club is a premier golf facility located in Northwest Calgary, offering a beautifully maintained course and exceptional member and guest experience. We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our seasonal team for the summer.
Job Description:
As a Golf Course Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the course’s pristine condition and ensuring a welcoming environment for players. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team setting, and takes pride in physical, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform groundskeeping tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, and raking.

Maintain greens, fairways, bunkers, and landscaped areas.

Operate equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.

Set up/break down for tournaments, events, or daily play.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (early mornings, weekends, holidays).

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Prior landscaping or golf course experience is a plus but not required.

Must be 18+ or have valid work authorization.

Valid Driver’s License

This was accomplished with very little compromise and achieved the goal of creating a great golf course.
