What You’ll Do

The Financial Service Representative plays a critical role within our branch by offering a holistic approach to the promotion and sale of deposits, investments and credit products and services offered by the credit union. You will build the membership and actively solicit new business through sound financial advice and exceptional service. You will be accountable to initiate action to improve growth and development of the credit union by pursuing new business and establishing and maintaining community contacts.

What Does the Ideal Candidate Bring?

Qualifications for the role include: two years post-secondary formal education in a general business program plus two to five years’ experience in the financial industry; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. We are looking for an individual who would like to continue their financial advisory services career and grow with us. The ideal candidate has superior communication, time management, prioritizing skills and is self-motivated to build and grow the membership of the credit union. The successful incumbent will be adept at problem solving, decision making, establishing strong working relationships, and demonstrating excellent sales and communication skills.
