What you'll do

• Convert inbound leads into closed deals
• Run demos, handle objections, and close via email, zoom, or async
• Identify expansion opportunities and grow accounts over time
• Collaborate with support, success, and product teams to improve onboarding and upsells
• Work fast, test scripts, iterate, and move the needle daily

Xp

• Proven closer with 2+ years in SaaS or B2B sales (mid-market or SMB)
• Excellent at async sales (Looms, DMs, written follow-ups)
• Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-volume sales environment
• You get founders, marketers, and growth teams — and know how to talk to them
• Self-managed, scrappy, competitive, and chill to work with
