Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a professional interaction with every customer.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and ensuring a high level of service.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer applications is essential.
