Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor & Operations Coordinator

Location: Full time in-office, Niagara Region

How You’ll Make an Impact:

We’re seeking a high-performing Warehouse Supervisor & Operations Coordinator to lead and execute core warehouse functions with excellence in inventory management, shipping logistics, team performance, and automation initiatives. This role is pivotal in helping us scale efficiently across North America while delivering top-tier service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

Inventory Management

  • Maintained accurate inventory with regular cycle counts and real-time updates.
  • Ensured 6-month stock of parts, packaging, and supplies.
  • Led kitting/de-kitting and kept inventory live across all platforms.
  • Implemented scanners for outbound and returns processes.

Automation & Process Enhancement

  • Boosted productivity through optimized workflows and automation.
  • Automated order processing using APIs and/or plug-ins to eliminate manual checks.
  • Rolled out automated inventory adjustments and supported WMS setup.
  • Improved returns efficiency through tech and training.

Outbound Shipping

  • Managed daily cost-effective shipping using preferred carriers.
  • Quickly resolved cross-border issues to reduce delays and costs.
  • Shipped all Amazon/D2C orders same day.
  • Prevented overcharges with accurate weight/dimension validation.

Cost Management

  • Reviewed contracts and found savings opportunities.
  • Negotiated better shipping rates and payment terms.
  • Audited logistics invoices weekly and resolved discrepancies.

Team Management

  • Led daily huddles and check-ins to align team goals.
  • Provided coaching and tracked performance regularly.
  • Maintained SOPs and assigned backup roles.
  • Audited returns and re-kitting for quality control.

Returns Processing

  • Minimized return backlogs and restocked inventory promptly.
  • Ensured returned items went live on platforms daily.
  • Improved return workflows and accuracy.

3PL Management

  • Reviewed performance quarterly and made recommendations.
  • Followed up with the 3PL for all delays, over charges, and performance issues.

Receiving

  • Validated all inbound shipments same day.
  • Coordinated quality checks and adjusted inventory promptly.

Cross-Border Shipping

  • Shared daily tariff and Section 321 updates.
  • Advised SKU and shipping changes to lower costs and risks.
  • Closed duty claims within required timelines.

Facility Management

  • Maintained a safe, secure facility with no incidents.
  • Resolved issues within 24 hours.
  • Set up new hire equipment and coordinated with IT/security vendors.

Supply Chain Support

  • Provided backup for supply chain functions.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

  • managing a warehouse.: 3 years (required)
  • Logistics & Shipping: 2 years (required)
  • Inventory and Returns Management: 2 years (required)
